The Halo HLC6 Series is a surface-mounted, LED recessed lighting solution that features easy-to-install, below-mount mounting. The Halo HLC is available in both 4-inch and 6-inch lenses, offering a variety of color temperature settings: 3000K, 4000K, and 5000K. This dimmable lighting fixture can be adjusted from 100% to 10% brightness with continuous, flicker-free dimming.
Designed for use in new construction, remodel, and retrofit installations, the Halo HLC does not require a housing and can be wired directly into a junction box. This HALO surface light provides a higher quality lighting experience with its attractive, matte white finish and low-profile, disc-style lens, which ensures smooth light distribution.
The Halo HLC LED Surface Mount Luminaire is Energy Star certified, ensuring energy conservation, and comes with a five-year warranty. This versatile lighting solution is compatible with most 3-1/2" and 4" square, octagon, or round junction boxes, as well as compatible electrical junction boxes in direct contact with insulation, including spray foam insulation.
With a variety of options, the Halo HLC is available in both 4-inch and 6-inch lenses, and offers color temperature settings of 3000K or 5000K. The continuous, flicker-free dimming feature allows for a wide range of brightness adjustment, from 100% to 10%.
The Halo HLC is designed for easy installation in many 3-1/2" and 4" octagon and round electrical junction boxes, including compact (pancake) junction boxes. Installers must ensure compatibility of fit, wiring, and proper mounting in the electrical junction box, in accordance with all applicable national and local electrical and building codes, as outlined in NEMA LSD 57-2013.
Lastly, the Halo HLC is damp location listed, making it suitable for use in clothes closets when installed in accordance with the NEC 410.16 spacing requirements.
